Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes life happens. In saying this; we respectfully remind clients that we are running a business where appointments are booked far in advance in most cases; and considering the duration of most of our treatments; they are understandably difficult to fill at the last minute... so in saying this; our cancellation policy is as follows:

 

Deposits are non-refundable! Appointments cancelled within 72hours of your treatment day will result in any deposit payments being forfeited. Cancellations or reschedules outside of this 72hr window must be acknowledged by the studio and we will reschedule once before charging a new deposit for another reschedule. No show to appointments will result in 100% cost of your treatment to be forfeited to the studio.
